Krista has been doing bodywork and energy healing since the mid-’90s. She has been a Certified Clinical Hypnotist since 2012. Several unique healing services are offered at Sacred Space, including yoga, energy therapy/healing, somatics, and classes designed to release trauma. Private instruction and healing sessions may be scheduled online.

It potentially could help you strengthen various empathic traits, give you a clearer understanding of your souls' purpose, and a higher perspective of the world around you.
This powerful healing work includes 3 private healing sessions, video participation through a private Facebook group, and daily homework.
Integrative Healing Session
What healing modalities do you offer? Clinical Hypnosis, Energy Therapy Techniques, including Diamond Inlay, Advanced Chakra Healing, Reiki, Energy Healing for Trauma and Chronic Stress, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, and Bodywork. She sometimes supplements with essential oils, tarot, and crystals within the session.
Chakras carry our unresolved baggage. We work with this energy system to clear and improve functioning to bring about visible and tangible healing at a physical/emotional level.
Energy Medicine is taught throughout the week and private sessions are available as well. Please scroll below to see some other offerings.

How long is a session?
Each healing session lasts for 60 to 75 minutes. Your first phone consultation can last up to 20 minutes.
What is the cost?
$85 for each integrative healing session. Discounts are offered for purchasing multiple sessions. Diamond Inlay healing sessions cost $300 for 3 sessions. Your first phone consultation is free.
