nutrition and oxygen received by muscles, tissue, and organs.
Regular practice helps clear clutter from the mind, allowing a
person to feel more clarity and peace.
Q: Will yoga interfere with my religious
beliefs?
A: No. Yoga is not a religion; it is a way of being. Though there
is a spiritual side to yoga , you do not have to subscribe to it to
gain the benefits of yoga. You are welcome to inject your own
religion or none at all.
Q: What should I wear/bring to class?
A: Comfortable pants or shorts and a fitted but comfortable top.
Additionally, remember to bring your mat and a bottle of water.
