Q: What are the benefits of Yoga
A: Maintaining a regular yoga practice will help strengthen and calm the nervous system. Studies show that yoga lowers levels of stress hormones in our bodies. Yoga will also increase blood flow to internal organs and muscle, which in essence increases the amount of nutrition and oxygen received by muscles, tissue, and organs. Regular practice helps clear clutter from the mind, allowing a person to feel more clarity and peace.

A: Comfortable pants or shorts and a fitted but comfortable top.  Additionally, remember to bring your mat and a bottle of water.
