Class Descriptions
Yoga Core
Similar to pilates, this class focuses on building strength through the core muscles, which are essential to a deepening yogic asana practice. Breath is coordinated with movement, as we move through challenging torso exercises. If you are wanting to master some of the more difficult arm balances in Yoga, this class is a must!
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is a level one to intermediate class. Beginners are welcome but will be challenged to listen to what is right for their body and modify accordingly. Hatha yoga poses, breath and movements are combined into a moderately paced "flow" that opens the body into flexibility as well as increasing tone and strength over time. The sequences of movements will also act to release tension, refresh and restore the body, while refocusing and relaxing the mind. Enjoy being with us on your lunch break 45 minutes on Mondays or let go of your day and re-energize at 4:15 on Wednesdays.
Yoga Moves
A mixture of flow, power yoga, and hip openers make this class a good balance of energy boost and stress release. The class uses fun music to get you motivated! Good for beginners with some yoga experience to intermediate levels.
Vinyasa - Intuitive Vinyasa - Gentle Vinyasa
Vinyasa links postures together like a dance. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, but always honoring breath, grace, and fluidity. Intuitive vinyasa will tend to be a more vigorous class, and students are encouraged to honor their own limitations
